The retail unit will be located at the western end of the building and will be available in Q1 2021.
Eli Lilley have exchanged on the 45,000 sq.ft prelet of the office building, of which this property forms part . Adjacent is the 60,000 sq.ft Florence building which is to be occupied by Sovereign Housing. The Council has also commenced the search for a pre-let for a further office building of 40,000 sq.ft and is currently working up a plan to redevelop Norden House on upper Basing View for a further 30,000-40,000 sq.ft of offices.
